Hello.
We have 2 Lenovo SR650 Server with Windows Server 2019 Datacenter and Storage Spaces Direkt.
The failover cluster role is installed and running.
Problem:
Sporadically the server which helds the active role (fileserver) of the cluster gets a bluescreen with error code 0x0000009e.
In event logs there is an entry:
Source: Bugcheck
The computer restarted unexpectedly. The errorcode was 0x0000009e (0xffffc1036f16a080, 0x00000000000004b0, 0x0000000000000065, 0x0000000000000000).

And here is a strange thing, that i can not explain me.
The bluescreen occurs allways between 7:49 and 7:51 AM.
We updated all drivers, check the scheduled tasks for that time, googled for hours, but dont find any solution.
Microsoft has articles about this error code in failover cluster, but never on server 2019/2016. allways on 2008 R2.
This was fixed with a update years ago.
