WSFC and NTFS Long Paths

I have a 2 node Server 2016 WSFC.  On both nodes I have enabled NTFS Long Paths (Policies -- Administrative Templates -- System -- Filesystem -- Enable Win32 long paths = Enabled).

I have setup the cluster as a File Server that is sharing local folders.  I am still unable to exceed the 260 character path limit.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
