We are planning to upgrade the Blade Chassis switches from 1 Gb to 40 Gb and it result in NIC reconfiguration of servers those are part of Windows 2008 R2 / 2012 R2 failover cluster. What are the precautions that we need to take before changing the NICs and how to correct / reconfigure the failover cluster nodes in case of any issues.
